What if I am not sure what I need?
Most people are not, at first. A 30-minute call is usually enough to figure out whether we can help, and what shape that would take. There is no charge for that conversation.
How quickly can we start?
For most engagements, we can be in conversation within 24 hours and scoped within a week. Larger pieces of work — like a full offshore team — take 2–3 weeks to set up properly.
How much does a typical engagement cost?
It depends on the shape of the work. Most consulting engagements are fixed-scope after discovery; offshore teams are billed monthly per role. A short discovery is usually fixed-price from a few thousand AUD. We talk about numbers on the call so you can decide before you commit.
Do you work on a fixed price or hourly?
Both. Discovery and most consulting engagements are fixed-scope. Offshore teams and ongoing support are billed monthly. We are upfront about which one fits your situation.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any sensitive material is shared. We are used to working under tight confidentiality — most of our work involves operational data.
Do you work outside Australia?
We are based in Perth but work remotely with clients across AU, NZ, and parts of SE Asia. Time zones have not been a blocker yet.
